Solution Why can’t I change my User Full Name in CMA Manager?


When in the CMA Manager, pull up the CMA-Personal Profile, click on EDIT REPORT. The User Full Name field has “xxxx’s” in this field. The X’s mean that this field cannot be edited.

The information is being pulled from your Contact Information in Tempo from My Tools>Preferences.
