Solution Cannot Save CMA Personal Profile

Go to CMA Manager. Select Report and click on EDIT REPORT. Double click on EXPERIENCE (or any other field you want to edit) to open window. A small webpage dialog window will open up to make additions or adjustments. When you are finished click ok, then click SAVE in upper LEFT-hand corner, then CLOSE in the upper RIGHT-hand corner to exit page. If you do not click on SAVE before exiting, the changes will NOT be saved. Some have made adjustments, click ok, then CANCEL. This will not save your changes.
