Did you enroll your token? If not from the log on screen- click on Enroll My Authenticator. If the Enroll token link fails or is blocked try this link in a web browser http://safemls.sandicor.com/SafeMLS/enroll/ 

1. Enter your user/member ID #  the one assigned to you by your association normally 6 digits, except Coronado 4 digits.

2. Select your Device,  Authenticator - key token device.  Text-Pass if you are using your cell phone to get the password, skip to step 7

3. Answer the 3 questions:  Birth City / Birth Year / Mothers MIDDLE Name

4. Enter the token serial number (the tiny numbers on the back) Both lines to confirm

5. Enter your desired Pin # Both lines to confirm

6. Click Enroll Authenticator  Token Registration is now complete for your SafeMLS Authenticator

The next steps are only for Text - Pass enrollment.

7.   Please enter your Cell Phone # including area code xxx-xxx-xxxx  Both lines to confirm

8.   Enter your activation code. Issued to you by your association when you signed up for Text - Pass

9.   Check the I Agree.

10. Click next. to finish.

After enrolling / registering your SafeMLS Token or Tect - Pass device,

On the log on screen you should be putting in your:

User ID # - the same member / ID # number you have been using for the MLS.

User Pin # - the 4 digit pin code you created when you registered your token.

SAFEMLS Password - Press the grey button on the token and enter the number/letters from the token window. or send a text message to the Text - Pass # for a password.
