zipForm New Product in Beta, Called zipForm Plus Beta

As of May 1 there is a new version of zipForm, called zipForm Plus Beta

ZipForm Plus Beta is an HTML 5 product, so it does not use Java.  There is a link to it at www.car.org - Quick Links on the right hand side of the page.  Currently Agents can log into their regular online zipForm 6 Professional  account and then click the zipForm Plus Beta button to toggle to that product.

 

The MLSConnect link to upload data from Sandicor listings is not currently working with the zipForm Plus beta.  If Agents still want to use it, they could use their regular zipForm account to pull in the information using MLSConnect, and then toggle to zipForm Plus Beta to continue working on the transaction.

 

If Agents want training on this new product, on the home page of www.car.org - Quick Links, under zipForm Plus Beta they can click on Support, then Live Online Training at the right to find the dates of online webinars, or pre-recorded training videos.

‘bmi_load’ reset errors

IMPORTANT MESSAGE – PLEASE READ

 

Since April 1st AnswerLink has been receiving support calls from MLXchange and Tempo5 users regarding increase with the following ‘bmi_load’ reset errors:

 

Error level: 0x00000001 Error Message: JS Exception caught in http://sef.mlxchange.com/5.7.05.31228/Header/Header.asp - Window.OnError: 'bmi_load' is undefined in line 65    [w3wp(5176)]  http://www.mlxchange.com/Tools/AMF/EventDictionary.asp

 

Error level: 0x00000001 Error Message: JS Exception caught in http://sef.mlxchange.com/Default.asp - Window.OnError: 'bmi_load' is undefined in line 182    [w3wp(5176)]  http://www.mlxchange.com/Tools/AMF/EventDictionary.asp

 

These particular errors occur for users accessing MLXchange or Tempo5 using HotSpot mobile service provided by Sprint and possible others carriers as well.  The cause of the errors is due to HotSpot directing users through a proxy server that is injecting JavaScript (JS).

 

CoreLogic is actively pursuing possible solutions.  In the meantime we recommend users experiencing this error use Fusion which is not affected by this issue.

 

Alternatively, users can contact Sprint or their mobile ISP and see if they can provide a solution.

Use Fusion instead it does not use Java. if you just have to have Tempo the Try our IDS Solutions

SANDICOR RULES HOT TOPICS

This email is being sent on behalf of the Sandicor Rules and Regulations Department to brokers and office managers as a rules reminder. The two following rules violations are being reported at an increased rate by Sandicor Subscribers to the Rules Department. Please review these rules to ensure your brokerage’s compliance:

 Sandicor MLS Rule 7.5 and 7.6, Mandatory Submission.

All Exclusive Right to Sell and Exclusive Agency listings must be submitted to the MLS within 48 hours of obtaining the necessary signatures. If a listing is not going to be submitted to the MLS within 48 hours, AT THE SELLER’S REQUEST, then an Authorization to Exclude Form or CAR SEL form should be submitted to either the Association of Realtors or to Sandicor’s Rules Department. The submission information is on the Authorization to Exclude Form which can be found at: http://www.sandicor.com/rules-regulations/appendix_e.pdf

 Sandicor MLS Rule 10.7, Statuses of Listings in the MLS

Listings in the MLS that are in the Active status must be available to be shown. If a listing is not available to be shown, the listing should be updated to reflect the Withdrawn status. The Withdrawn status indicates the listing is still under contract, but is temporarily unavailable to be shown or accept offers. Sandicor Subscribers should not solicit sellers whose listings are in the Withdrawn status.
